City Arts Week COCKPIT

We were invited to the presentation of the annual results of the COCKPIT Studios in Bloomsbury and Deptford. This comprises of 173 artisans in studios on the 2 sites. Many are supported through grants from Livery Companies. Turners, Wire Drawers, etc. It is a most successful enterprise, giving craftspeople a space in which to learn, manufacture, and trade. Very importantly, they are given coaching in how to be commercially viable.
