The Garwood Foundation is a Croydon-based disability charity providing a range of services including education, therapies, activities and residential care to amazing people with a variety of disabilities. The charity creates safe spaces for everyone to explore what they can do and allow their abilities to shine through. Garwood’s mission is to enable people living with and affected by disability to live life to the fullest that they can. In everything they do, every activity they run, every lesson they share, their focus is always on what can be achieved. Garwood believes that all their students, residents and service users have the ability to lead fulfilled lives - they just need to be enabled. Their ethos has always been to create a safe, warm environment where every ability shines.
