Painter Stainers Court and Livery Dinner

The Painter-Stainers Hall is a fine example of a Livery demonstrating its crafts, both ancient and modern. Many spent the pre-dinner drinks studying the works that demonstrated the art and craft of painting and staining. From magnificent portraits to vignettes of straining techniques, it was a treat to spend time there. A relatively informal evening, we were entertained by 'Harry the Piano.' An extraordinarily talented player, entertainer, and friend of the master. He held us spellbound, made us laugh and wore us out keeping up with linking the tunes he played. Oh, yes, there was a fine dinner too.
