    Goldsmiths’ Freemen Lunch

Goldsmiths’ Freemen Lunch

3rd November 2023

It was an honour to be invited by Liveryman Rosie Beattie to join her at Goldsmiths’ Hall for her Freemen Lunch. Goldsmiths’ Freemen include independent jewellers who specialise in unique and unusual pieces. It was breathtaking to admire pieces that were attributed to family members or self made. Rosie’s sister and her best friend joined us for the lunch and drinks afterwards. It is always exciting to spend time with phenomenal Liverymen and I am grateful to Rosie for such a special day. I was privileged to sit across from
Alderman Prem Goyal OBE who I had never met in person; but, am looking forward to meeting again. I was delighted to have an opportunity to speak with the Chief Commoner, Ann Holme. Ann will play an integral part in the Lord Mayor’s Parade. Rosie and I discussed a Ladies Smoking hat. More updates to come!!!
