Past Master’s Dinner

It is one of the mysteries of life. It happens just once in the fall after you become Master. It is an honour and a rite of passage all rolled into one. It is the Past Master’s Dinner. On this occasion at the In and Out Club, 11 Past Masters led by the Senior Past Master Rolf Christophersen DFC, joined me for cigars and conversation. Over nibbles followed by an exquisite 3 course meal, these knowledgeable advisors shared sage advice, stories and savvy words of wisdom. Their collective experience and business acumen made them noteworthy Masters who represented our company with grace and sophistication. They have created some enormous shoes to fill. Fortunately, these legendary heroes are all very generous and kind, wishing the best for me in my year representing the Company. They asked questions and offered support and unique perspectives. It was truly an honour to spend the evening with some of the great leaders who have worn the Master’s Badge before me! Some dreams do come true!
